Dudley is the owner and co-owner of several cow-calf operations, including NHB Cattle, Dudley Bros., NS Ranch, and Chatto Creek Ranch, located near Comanche, Texas. He also holds the position of vice president at Pederson’s Natural Farms and hosts the podcast "The Cowboy Perspective."

Fred Schuetze, of Granbury, Texas, represents purebred producers and led the TBC board as chairman in Fiscal Year 2024. He has served on the Beef Resources Committee and held numerous key roles on the Executive, Audit and Budget, and Marketing Committees, as well as representing Texas on the Federation of State Beef Councils where he also sat on the International Marketing Committee. Schuetze raises Simmental cattle and is a former county extension agent.

Alongside her family, Shoemaker operates a commercial cow-calf and yearling stocker operation. She is an active supporter of beef and agricultural industries, including serving on various boards with Texas CattleWomen.
